Job summary

ICS Cool Energy is seeking a customer-focused Field Service Representative to support the installation, commissioning, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of temperature control equipment at customer sites.

The ideal candidate combines mechanical and electrical troubleshooting skills with professionalism, adaptability, and a commitment to service excellence; travel to customer locations and clear communication with clients are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma required; technical diploma or trade cert preferred.
• Experience in field service, HVAC, refrigeration, or related mechanical/electrical service.
• Ability to read manuals, wiring diagrams, and service documentation.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, inspect, and repair cooling equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and fix them.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Prepare service reports and documentation accurately and promptly.
• Communicate with customers about equipment condition and recommendations.
