Job summary

ICS Cool Energy is seeking a Field Service Representative to install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair temperature control equipment at customer sites. You will perform commissioning, diagnostics, preventive maintenance, and service reporting, while upholding safety standards and communicating clearly with customers.

The role requires strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, willingness to travel to client locations, and the ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, client‑facing

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; technical diploma preferred.
• Experience in field service, HVAC, refrigeration, or related environments.
• Ability to read technical manuals and wiring diagrams.
• Valid driver's license and willingness to travel to customer sites.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, maintain, inspect, and repair cooling equipment at customer locations.
• Diagnose mechanical, electrical, and control system issues and implement corrective actions.
• Perform preventive maintenance to maximize uptime.
• Respond to service calls and provide field technical support.
• Complete service reports and preserve accurate maintenance documentation.
• Communicate equipment condition and recommendations to customers.
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and site requirements.
• Support testing, startup, and verification after repairs or installs.
• Maintain tools and company vehicle in good condition.
• Collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues.
• Identify opportunities for service improvements.
