Job summary

Centrex Services Ltd. seeks a versatile Field Service Technician to service IT/EPOS/Printer/AV/ATM equipment across Retail, Hospitality and Banking sectors.

Training will be provided and daily duties include deliveries, hardware replacements and software loads. Role is primarily home-based with a depot coverage model; you will visit customer sites, travel by van, and work a 40-hour week with weekend cover on a rota basis.

Qualifications

• Proven customer-facing communication skills and a service mindset.
• Ability to adapt quickly to different hardware and software environments.
• Willingness to travel daily to customer sites across business and home locations.

Responsibilities
