Job summary

Concept Technical is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover East Anglia from home, travelling to customer sites across the UK. You will fault-find, service and repair a range of forecourt and retail technologies, with full training provided across manufacturer certifications.

Qualifications

Experience installing, maintaining, or repairing electrical, electronic, IT, EPOS, or mechanical equipment.
Strong fault-finding and troubleshooting skills.
Excellent customer service and communication abilities.

Responsibilities

Carry out reactive maintenance and fault diagnosis on fuel dispensers and associated equipment.
Install, service, and commission EPOS systems, peripherals, outdoor payment terminals, and forecourt technologies.
Perform preventative maintenance to maximise equipment reliability and performance.
Diagnose hardware, software, networking, and communication issues.
Complete service reports and documentation to the highest standard.
Provide professional on-site customer support and technical advice.
Work safely in accordance with company and customer health and safety procedures.
Participate in a 1-in-4 on-call rota.
