Atlas Copco is seeking a skilled Process Cooling Engineer to support industrial cooling equipment across the South of the UK. This field-based role involves regular travel to customer sites, with autonomy and exposure to advanced cooling technologies.

The role focuses on maintenance, fault diagnosis, installation, and customer engineering support, while ensuring safety and regulatory compliance. Training and development opportunities are provided to grow technical capabilities.

Qualifications

• Experience in a mechanical or electrical service role.
• Background in refrigeration and thermal systems is beneficial.
• Willingness to obtain F-Gas certification if not already held.
• A full UK driving licence is required.
• Strong problem-solving skills and customer-focused communication.

Responsabilités

• Carrying out routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on process cooling equipment.
• Diagnosing and resolving faults, particularly relating to chiller performance.
• Installing, commissioning, and starting up new equipment.
• Completing accurate service reports and maintaining detailed documentation.
• Supporting customers with clear communication and technical advice.
• Ensuring compliance with safety standards and F-Gas regulations.
• Promoting safe working practices and using appropriate PPE.
• Keeping up to date with refrigeration systems, controls, and automation.
• Collaborating with colleagues and sharing knowledge across the team.
• Supporting occasional overtime or emergency call-outs when required.
