Job summary

Fortress Technology Inc. is seeking a Service Team Leader to provide leadership support to the Service Engineer team.

The role requires extensive travel within the UK and overseas to support customers and projects across the UK and EMEA. You will oversee installation, repair and maintenance of equipment in the field, handle urgent requests, and deliver customer training while driving satisfaction and timely paperwork.

Qualifications

• Provide first line technical support and training for Fortress customers throughout the UK and EMEA region.
• Set up, installation, repair and maintenance of equipment in the field.
• Lead and support the Service Engineer team; develop staff and ensure customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Travel UK and overseas to support activities.
• Document all activities and submit paperwork in a timely manner.
• Assess equipment performance from field data; recommend improvements.
• Provide leadership, developmental training, guidance and support to the Service Engineer team.
