Airedale Solutions Ltd. is seeking a Job Scheduler to join our Scheduling department.

You will prioritise, coordinate and manage maintenance, repairs and servicing work for Engineers across defined regions, ensuring efficient use of time by planning routes and workloads based on urgency and logistics. Responsibilities include daily scheduling, diary optimization with field service management software, handling emergency changes, and regular communication with Engineers to meet client

• Plan, coordinate and update daily schedules for a dedicated group of Engineers in an assigned region.
• Use field service management software to optimise diary functions and maximise operational efficiency.
• Respond quickly to emergency call-outs or short-notice changes by re-prioritising workloads.
• Communicate with Engineers by phone and email to manage their schedules and job expectations.
• Liaise with the Service Team to align Engineer availability with client requirements and SLAs.
