Job summary

Kemp Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Service Coordinator in Heanor, Nottingham, to join a busy service operation. You will coordinate a team of field-based engineers, plan and schedule visits, and ensure customer requirements are managed efficiently to keep the service running smoothly.

This fast-paced role demands strong organisation, excellent communication, and a proactive, customer-focused approach. Hours are Monday to Friday 8:00am–5:00pm, with salary up to £30,000 per year and benefits

Qualifications

• Previous experience in service coordination or engineer scheduling.
• Experience dealing directly with customers.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a busy environment.
