Responsibilities

• Optimise engineer diaries to maximise utilisation and minimise travel.
• Coordinate multiple jobs daily, prioritising urgent ones.
• Handle dynamic changes, rerouting and rescheduling as needed.
• Monitor engineer tracking, progress and short-notice changes.
• Proactively identify jobs at risk of missed targets and mobilise resources.
• Close out work orders and update documentation and ETAs.
