Zip Water is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to join our team and support the delivery of world-class customer care. The role focuses on coordinating engineer visits, liaising with customers, and ensuring service levels are met while upholding our company values.

The ideal candidate will be a strong communicator with customer-service orientation, capable of balancing multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and contributing to a supportive team and positive customer outcomes.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling or coordination role.
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Schedule repair and planned maintenance visits for engineers and manage their diaries.
• Liaise with engineers, customers and managers.
• Send out parts to customers and engineers.
• Daily communication with customers (internal and external).
• Handle incoming enquiries by telephone and email.
• Ensure priority calls are raised correctly and update customers on site attendance.
• General data entry and reporting to meet service levels.
