Zip Water in the United Kingdom is seeking an Engineer Dispatcher to join a developing team delivering world-class customer care. You will schedule repair and planned maintenance visits, coordinate with engineers and customers, and ensure on-time responses while upholding the company’s values.

With a focus on high attention to detail, you will manage diaries, handle enquiries by phone and email, and support the delivery of service levels.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling/coordination roles.
• Excellent telephone manner and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to balance multiple tasks and prioritize workload.

Responsibilities

• Schedule repair and planned maintenance visits for engineers.
• Liaise with engineers, customers and managers.
• Send out parts to customers and engineers.
• Daily communications with customers (internal and external).
• Handle incoming customer enquiries by telephone and email.
• Ensure priority customer calls are raised correctly.
• Liaise with customers to advise site attendance.
• General data entry.
• Actively seek to achieve all service levels.
