Zip Water is seeking a Field Service Coordinator to join our growing team and deliver world class customer care, ensuring targets and high customer satisfaction in all interactions.

You will schedule repair and maintenance visits, liaise with engineers and customers, dispatch parts, handle inquiries by phone and email, and keep data accurate while prioritising your workload to meet service levels. A friendly, proactive communicator with attention to detail will thrive in this role.

Responsibilities

• Scheduling repair and planned maintenance visits for engineers
• Liaising with engineers, customers, and managers
• Sending out parts to customers and engineers
• Daily communications with customers (internal and external)
• Dealing with incoming customer enquiries by telephone and email
• Ensure priority customer calls are raised correctly
• Liaise with customers to advise site attendance
• General Data Entry

Main duties

• Scheduling repair and planned maintenance visits for the engineers, booking appointments and managing their diaries.
• Liaising with engineers, customers, and managers.
• Sending out parts to customers and engineers.
• Daily communications with customers internal and external
• Dealing with incoming customer enquiries both by telephone and email
• Ensure priority customer calls are raised correctly.
• Liaise with customers to advise them of site attendance.
• General Data Entry
• Actively seek to achieve all service levels.

The ideal candidate will have an excellent telephone manner and good interpersonal skills. You will have the ability to work as part of a team to achieve shared objectives and goals as well as have a personable and friendly nature, confident and forward thinking.

You will be very customer service orientated, and have high attention to detail, capable of balancing various tasks throughout the day and prioritising your workload.
