Job summary

Zip Water UK is recruiting a Field Service Technician to deliver high-quality, face-to-face customer service across our water systems portfolio. You will promote our brand, solutions and after-sales support during on-site visits.

The role includes a dedicated induction programme, ongoing on-the-job training, and opportunities for professional development within a leading global water technology group.

Qualifications

• Experience with customer-facing roles or field service work preferred.
• Willingness to undertake induction and training to support role.

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent face-to-face customer service while promoting Zip Water products and services.
• Represent the brand and support customers on-site during service visits.

Field Service Technician
