Job summary

nGeneration are seeking a Field Service Planning Coordinator to join our Field Service team in Tipton, West Midlands. You will schedule engineers, manage workloads and logistics, and act as the first point of contact for customers and colleagues, ensuring timely communication.

The ideal candidate will have experience with scheduling field service or similar operational work, and the role requires UK work eligibility and on-site work in the West Midlands.

Qualifications

• Experience in scheduling field service or similar operational work.
• Experience in an administrative role is desirable but not essential.
• Ability to work a three-days-on, three-days-off rolling rota with 12-hour shifts.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and schedule field service engineers and manage workloads.
• Communicate accurately and promptly with customers and colleagues.
• Resolve scheduling or SLA conflicts whilst prioritising workload.
