Your new role
An opportunity has come up, through the growth of the business, for a Field Service Operator, looking after a range of shopping centres and supermarkets throughout the Midlands area. The role is Monday to Friday and you will have a dedicated service route, meaning no call-outs! You will be given access to a company van.

What you'll need to succeed

1. Maintain, service, repair, and clean vending machines on customer sites.
2. Cash collection from machines.
3. Assist with installation of machines in customer locations.
4. Maintain company van, tools, equipment, and inventory to the highest standards.
5. PAT test machines when required (Training Provided).
6. Use of bespoke Smartphone app for job completion.
7. Fault finding, repairs, and breakdowns.
8. Examine and inspect machines for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors.
9. Monitoring of machine pay-out ratios and making adjustments as and when required.
10. Ensuring frequent rotation of merchandise to maximise revenues.

What you'll get in return

8. PC and Smartphone literate with the ability to use email and Smartphone applications.
9. Proven self-organisational skills and self-motivated.
