Your new role

An opportunity has arisen, through the growth of the business, for a Field Service Operator, looking after a range of shopping centres and supermarkets throughout the Midlands area. The role is Monday to Friday, and you will have a dedicated service route, meaning no call-outs! You will be given access to a company van.

What you'll need to succeed

• Maintain, service, repair, and clean vending machines on customer sites
• Cash collection from machines
• Assist with installation of machines in customer locations
• Maintain company van, tools, equipment, and inventory to the highest standards
• Perform PAT testing on machines when required (Training Provided)
• Use of bespoke Smartphone app for job completion
• Fault finding, repairs, and breakdowns
• Examine and inspect machines for wear or defects, reporting any damage to supervisors
• Monitor machine pay-out ratios and make adjustments as needed
• Ensure frequent rotation of merchandise to maximize revenues
