Rise Technical Recruitment is seeking a Field Service Co-Ordinator to join our office-based team. You will manage schedules, routes and technical documentation for field engineers, ensuring smooth operations and timely service delivery.

You will liaise with suppliers, internal teams and engineers, receive full industry training and benefit from a clear career progression within a small, technically focused company. Hours are 7:30am–4:30pm with flexible working arrangements.

Qualifications

• Self-starting, organised and great communication skills.
• Technical administration experience.
• Experience working in a field service, service, or engineering services environment.

Responsibilities

• Organising the schedules, routes and technical documentation of Field Engineers.
• Liaising with suppliers, internal teams and engineers.
• Full systems and Industry training.
• 7:30am - 4:30pm with flexible working hours available on conversation
