Job summary

Responsibilities

• Drive global coordination and deployment of Field Service Representatives with safety and on-schedule delivery.
• Serve as primary contact for customers, agents, and internal teams, ensuring clear communication and execution.
• Manage the global Field Service schedule, optimise resource allocation and service delivery across regions.
• Develop cost estimates and customer quotations for services in collaboration with internal teams.
