Job summary

Burckhardt Compression UK is seeking a Field Service Co-ordinator based at our Bicester site to drive global service delivery with focus on safety, quality and customer satisfaction.

You will coordinate Field Service Representatives, schedule resources and logistics, manage costs and invoicing, and act as the main point of contact for customers and suppliers across regions, supporting successful project execution.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate global Field Service Representatives to assign the right technical expertise to customer projects and ensure safety, efficiency and on-schedule delivery.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, agents, BCx teams, suppliers, and internal stakeholders to ensure clear communication and seamless field service execution.
• Manage and maintain the global Field Service schedule, optimizing resource allocation and service delivery across regions.
• Participate in Field Service Coordination meetings and identify opportunities for continuous improvement.
• Monitor site progress and milestones, proactively managing risks and scheduling challenges to support successful project delivery.
