Job summary

JBT Marel is seeking a Field Service Administrator / Coordinator to support its global field service operations. You will coordinate administrative tasks, schedules, invoicing, and documentation while working closely with Field Service Engineers and Service Management.

The role demands strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. You will guide junior colleagues and help improve service processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service administration, service coordination, or similar operational support.
• Experience with CRM/ERP systems preferred.
• Good understanding of administrative processes including scheduling, invoicing, and reporting.
• Experience with time reporting and expense processes is advantageous.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, especially Excel and Outlook.
• Experience in a technical/industrial environment is an advantage.
• Good written and verbal English skills; additional languages are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and manage administrative activities for field service operations, ensuring tasks finish accurately and on time.
• Maintain field service schedules, assignments and resource availability.
• Process time reporting, expense claims, customer invoicing, and cost allocations."
• Prepare and distribute visit documents and service reports.
• Communicate with customers and Field Service Engineers to confirm appointments and resolve scheduling issues.
• Provide guidance to junior coordinators and administrative colleagues.
• Collaborate with Service Management and internal teams for smooth service delivery.
• Maintain records in service, CRM, and ERP systems and ensure policy compliance.
