Responsibilities

• Coordinate between customers, engineers and internal teams to ensure smooth delivery.
• Manage customer accounts, receive and coordinate job requests via phone and email; schedule Field Service Engineers.
• Log jobs, track progress and maintain records using Joblogic.
• Support costing and invoicing activities; respond to queries professionally.
• Ensure purchase orders are obtained and approved before work begins; keep records for invoicing.
