Job description

Support Services Co-Ordinator

Liverpool | Full-Time

Join a fast-paced, customer-focused operations team

We’re looking for an organised, proactive Support Services Co-Ordinator to join our clients team in Liverpool.

This is a key role at the heart of our clients operations, coordinating engineers, supporting customers, and ensuring work is delivered smoothly and professionally from start to finish.

If you thrive in a busy environment, enjoy problem-solving, and take pride in delivering great service, this could be the role for you.

What you’ll be doing

You will act as the central point of coordination between customers, engineers, and internal teams, ensuring everything runs efficiently.

In this role, you will manage customer accounts and act as a key point of contact, receiving and coordinating job requests via phone and email. You will be responsible for scheduling and allocating Field Service Engineers, while keeping customers updated with real-time information and expected times of arrival. You will log jobs, track progress, and maintain accurate records using systems such as Joblogic, ensuring all work is properly recorded and communicated throughout the process.

You will also process job sheets, support costing and invoicing activities, and respond to customer and supplier queries in a professional and timely manner. A key part of the role involves ensuring purchase orders are obtained and approved before work begins, as well as maintaining job records so they are ready for invoicing.

What we’re looking for

We are looking for someone who can confidently balance organisation, communication, and attention to detail in a busy operational environment.

You should have previous experience in a coordination, administration, or service support role, along with strong organisational and time management skills. You will be comfortable communicating with customers and internal teams, both verbally and in writing, and capable of prioritising multiple tasks while working under pressure.

A proactive mindset is essential, along with the ability to work independently and take ownership of your responsibilities. Experience working with engineers or field-based teams, familiarity with KPI-driven service environments, and knowledge of job management systems such as Joblogic would be advantageous.

What you’ll bring

You will bring a solutions-focused mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the confidence to operate both independently and as part of a team. You will take pride in delivering high standards of service and demonstrate a commitment to continuous improvement in everything you do.

Additional responsibilities

You will provide support across the administration team during periods of absence, attend training and development reviews, and maintain high standards of compliance, including health and safety responsibilities. The role may include occasional travel to other sites within the UK or internationally, as well as some weekend working depending on business needs.

Why join us?

You will be joining a collaborative and supportive team where your work has a real impact. This role offers the opportunity to develop your skills, build strong professional relationships, and play a key part in delivering excellent service in a dynamic and fast-moving environment.
