Job summary

Rise Technical Recruitment Ltd is seeking a Field Service Manager in Bracknell to lead a team of mobile engineers and drive service excellence. This is an office-based role with Monday to Friday hours and autonomy to shape the department.

You will develop engineers, manage scheduling, ensure safety and compliance, and improve day-to-day operations as the business grows. Experience in managing field teams and a Level 3 engineering qualification is preferred; ex-forces candidates encouraged.

Qualifications

• Experience managing or supervising field/mobile engineers.
• Level 3 or higher engineering qualification.
• Strong organisation, communication and people management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support a team of mobile engineers.
• Manage scheduling, workloads, absence and resource planning.
• Conduct one-to-ones, develop team performance and maintain safety and compliance standards.
• Office-based, Monday-Friday, 38 hours per week.
