Job summary

Microminder, part of the DD Group, is seeking an IT Field Service Engineer to join our team in Essex. You will split time between customer sites and remote support, delivering first-class service while keeping IT systems running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have 3+ years in IT support, MSP experience, and a full UK driving licence. You will manage Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments, plus networking and VoIP, with opportunities to work across Azure, Datto RMM, PSA, and backup tools.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering IT support in an MSP or professional services environment.
• Strong troubleshooting and fault-finding capabilities across Windows/M365.

Responsibilities

• Provide remote and onsite technical support for a range of IT issues
• Install and configure hardware, software and network components
• Support Microsoft 365 and Windows Server environments
• Troubleshoot networking, desktop and server problems
• Conduct site surveys and infrastructure assessments
• Maintain documentation and ticket updates
• Collaborate with Service Delivery to deliver great customer experience
