Haier Europe is seeking a Field Service Engineer to visit customers in their homes across the Lincoln area, diagnose and repair appliance issues, and ensure timely, high-quality service. You will manage your schedule, update customers and colleagues on progress, and maintain van stock to support efficiency.

Ideally you have White Goods experience, a driving licence, and a self-motivated, customer-focused approach. Our in-house training and strong benefits package will support your career growth.

Formación

• Full, valid driving licence is required.
• Experience as a White Goods Engineer is preferred but not essential.
• In-house training and support are provided to get you performing at your best.

Responsabilidades

• Visit customers in their homes across the local area to diagnose and repair appliances.
• Fix appliance issues to get customers' products up and running again.
• Manage time and keep customers and colleagues updated on progress; maintain van stock.
• Ensure safe handling of electrical components and comply with health and safety requirements.
