GLORY is seeking an entry-level field engineer to service customer sites from a home start. You will travel to sites, diagnose issues, document actions, and perform basic connectivity tasks. Training is provided, with progression into advanced diagnostics and leadership opportunities as you grow.

The role involves flexible hours, field-based work, and participation in a weekend/bank holiday rota with extra pay. A full UK driving licence and a customer-friendly approach are essential.

Formación

• Full UK driving licence.
• Interest and understanding of engineering/technology.
• Comfortable using a Windows laptop and learning new software.
• Some workplace experience demonstrating reliability, punctuality and customer focus.
• Professional, customer-friendly approach — you represent GLORY on site.

Responsabilidades

• Start your day from home, head to customer sites, and manage jobs through our field service system.
• Meet the customer, understand the issue, and keep them updated as you resolve the problem.
• Carry out basic connectivity tasks and device setup; we provide training.
• Carry out preventative maintenance and replace modules/parts when needed.
• Test the equipment and document actions before leaving.
• Work to agreed service levels and prioritise issues with scheduling/technical teams.
