Job summary

Getronics is seeking a Field Service Engineer to cover field service and on-site clients across the UK. You will provide maintenance and support for IT hardware and ensure high customer satisfaction. A full UK driving license is essential and a Baseline Personnel Security Standard check will be undertaken.

The role offers a good salary package (£24,600–£27,700), 37.5 hours weekly, training, car allowance, and a flexible benefits package, with 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong customer service and analytical mindset.
• Solid understanding of IT systems and environments.
• Familiarity with enterprise IT certifications is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Provide maintenance and support for field-based clients and on-site IT hardware services.
• Ensure incidents are monitored, updated, and progressed in a timely manner.
• Train, coach, and support Junior Field Service Engineers.
