Job summary

Neko Health AB is seeking a Field Service Engineer to support London clinics, ensuring the performance, availability and continuous improvement of clinical scanning technology across the UK. You will lead installation, maintenance, servicing and upgrades, working with Engineering, Clinical Operations and cross‑functional teams to keep clinics running smoothly.

Ideal candidates have hands‑on experience in field service engineering, strong troubleshooting skills, and excellent English

Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on field service experience.
Experience installing, maintaining and servicing technical equipment.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal English communication.
Ability to work independently while collaborating across teams.

Responsibilities

Install, maintain, service scanning instruments across London clinics with high uptime.
Build relationships with Engineering and Clinical Operations to translate field insights into improvements.
Establish documentation, reporting and compliance standards for UK activities.
Identify opportunities to enhance service efficiency and instrument performance.
Support scaling of field service operations as the UK footprint expands.
