Job summary

United Imaging Healthcare is seeking a Field Service Engineer to maintain and troubleshoot MRI and CT systems across the UK. You will work directly with hospital staff, diagnose complex issues, perform preventive maintenance, and ensure equipment reliability in demanding healthcare environments.

You will collaborate with European engineering colleagues, document tasks, share best practices, and uphold safety and service quality standards.

Qualifications

• BSC in Engineering; advantage.
• Field service experience in medical devices preferred.
• CT or MRI experience (3+ years) required.
• Experience communicating with hospital end-users and managers about equipment status and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Maintain all models specific to a modality (MRI / CT) in the assigned area.
• Perform total system-level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
• Communicate clearly with end-users and department managers on equipment status and maintain customer satisfaction.
• Share best practices.
• Maintain documentation of performed tasks.
• Supervise entrusted tools.
• Cooperate with the team of Engineers in Europe in solving technical issues.

• At least 3 years of CT or MRI experience.
• Prior experience communicating with hospital end-users and department managers about equipment status and troubleshooting.
• Valid driving license, active driving experience.
• Professional proficiency in English.
• Eligible to work in the UK.
