GE HealthCare is a leading global medical technology innovator focused on improving lives through advanced imaging and digital solutions. We seek an engineer to install, service, and repair Xray systems across the Midlands and wider UK, with remote diagnostics from a home office.

You will diagnose complex faults, maintain strong customer relationships, and collaborate with engineering teams. Travel 35–40% and occasional overnight stays are required; full training provided.

Qualifications

• HNC in Engineering or equivalent required.
• Field service experience preferred; full training provided.
• Fluent English and good communication skills.
• UK driving licence is required.
• Experience with remote connectivity tools and diagnostics helpful.
• Solid IT skills including software installation and VM familiarity.

Responsabilités

• Install, service, and repair Xray systems across the Midlands with UK coverage.
• Diagnose and resolve complex system faults on multi-technology platforms.
• Maintain strong customer relationships to maximise equipment uptime.
• Provide remote diagnostics from a home office; dial into systems remotely.
