Qualifikationen

• Strong background in field service or technical support in electronics/electro‑mechanical service or technical support.
• Experience with high value electronics capital equipment or biomedical devices is welcome.
• Impeccable customer service skills in customer facing environments.

Aufgaben

• Service, installation, breakdown, repair and calibration of laboratory diagnostic systems in pathology/NHS environments.
• Support flow cytometry, cell separation and diagnostics products at customer sites.
