Job summary

TRS Consulting seeks a technically motivated Field Service Engineer to service, install, calibrate and repair laboratory diagnostic systems in pathology departments and NHS labs. You will support flow cytometry and related diagnostic products at customer sites, delivering excellent customer service.

Experience in field service or technical support with electronics backgrounds is preferred, with ONC/HNC in electronics and strong customer-facing skills.

Qualifications

• Experience in field service or technical support role.
• Qualified to a minimum ONC/HNC level in electronics.
• Impeccable customer service skills in customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Service, installation, breakdown, repair and calibration of laboratory diagnostics systems used in pathology/NHS labs and clinical chemistry environments.
• Support flow cytometry, cell separation and diagnostics products at customer sites.
