TRS Consulting is advertising a Field Service Engineer role focused on medical diagnostic systems. You will service, install, repair and calibrate a range of lab diagnostics equipment in pathology labs and NHS environments, with responsibilities to support flow cytometry and diagnostic products at customer sites.

The position offers a comprehensive package with pension, healthcare and a company car, and involves weekend work on a rotating basis.

Qualifications

• A strong background in field service or technical support for electronics/electro-mechanical systems.
• Background in high-value electronics capital equipment, microscopy, cameras, lasers or X-ray/security devices.
• ONC/HNC in electronics or a related technical discipline.
• Excellent customer-facing skills and professional conduct.

Responsibilities

• Service, installation, breakdown, repair and calibration of laboratory diagnostics systems at customer sites.
• Support flow cytometry, cell separation and diagnostics products at customer locations.
