TRS Consulting is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Medical Diagnostic Systems in the United Kingdom. The role entails service, installation, repair and calibration of sophisticated diagnostic systems in pathology/NHS labs and clinical chemistry environments, with on-site support for flow cytometry and related diagnostics products.

Qualifications

• Strong background in field service or technical support in electronics/electro-mechanical systems.
• Experience with high-value diagnostics equipment preferred.
• Excellent customer service in customer-facing environments.

Responsibilities

• Service, installation, breakdown, repair and calibration of laboratory diagnostics systems at customer sites.
• Support flow cytometry, cell separation and diagnostics products.
• Provide on-site technical support and preventative maintenance.
