Job summary

TRS Consulting is seeking a Field Service Engineer for Medical Diagnostic Systems to install, service, repair and calibrate sophisticated laboratory diagnostics equipment at NHS laboratories and pathology sites. You will support a range of diagnostic products, including flow cytometry and cell separation at customer locations.

The ideal candidate has a strong field service or technical support background in electronics, with explicit ONC/HNC or higher in electronics or a related discipline and

Qualifications

Field service/technical support background in electronics or electro-mechanical servicing.
Experience with high-value electronics capital equipment is advantageous.
Excellent customer-facing communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

Service, install, troubleshoot, repair and calibrate diagnostic systems at customer sites.
Support flow cytometry, cell separation and diagnostics products in NHS laboratories.
