Job summary
Dover Imaging & Identification (DII) is seeking a Field Service Engineer to install, commission, service and repair our industrial equipment. You will train customers and internal staff, document service activities, and promote MI service products.
Travel is required within your regional area and occasionally nationwide for events and training. Candidates should have field service or technical service experience in industrial sectors, possess a full UK driving license, and be adept at diagnosing
Qualifications
- Experience as Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer in industrial/manufacturing.
- Full UK Driving License.
- Ability to diagnose issues and provide proactive, effective solutions.
Responsibilities
- Perform Installation, Commissioning, Service and Repair of our equipment.
- Perform training, both internally and externally where needed.
- Complete service reports accurately with all required details.
- Actively promote M-I service products to customers.
- Travel to customers' sites within your regional area and nationally for training/events.
