Job summary

Industrial Cleaning Equipment Ltd. is seeking a proactive Field Service Engineer to diagnose, service, and repair a range of cleaning equipment at customer sites.

You will respond to breakdowns, perform planned maintenance, and ensure compliance with service levels while maintaining accurate data on our system. The role requires a full UK driving licence, strong mechanical/electrical knowledge, and excellent communication skills for reporting and customer liaison.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to diagnose and repair a range of industrial cleaning equipment.
• Ability to interpret manuals, schematics and diagrams for fault finding.
• Excellent customer communication and reporting skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide repair and maintenance on cleaning machinery to meet SLAs.
• Attend scheduled maintenance calls and PA tests with accurate data entry.
• Order parts and manage van stock to ensure timely repairs.
• Maintain high health and safety standards on site and in vehicle.
• Provide detailed site reports and fault resolution recommendations.
