Job summary

Dover Imaging & Identification (DII), part of Dover Corporation, seeks a Field Service Engineer to cover customers in the South Yorkshire region. You will install, commission, service and repair our equipment, while delivering training and maintaining service reports.

Travel across the region and nationally will be required to support customers and attend training events. Ideal candidates have strong electrical/mechanical troubleshooting skills, a full UK driving licence, and a proactive

Qualifications

• Experience as a Field Service Engineer or Technical Service Engineer in industrial/manufacturing sectors.
• Full UK Driving Licence.
• Ability to diagnose and resolve technical issues proactively.
• Good time management in a dynamic environment.
• Familiarity with following procedures while maintaining quality.

Responsibilities

• Install, commission, service and repair equipment at customer sites.
• Provide training where needed, internally and externally.
• Complete service reports with time, parts, codes and data.
• Maintain installed base data (serial numbers, ink, counters, locations).
• Travel to customer sites within region and nationally for training/meetings.
• Build strong customer relationships through first-class service.
• Attend technical training to develop product knowledge.
