Zip Water invites applications for an Field Engineer to join the field services team in the UK. You will work independently in the field, receiving internal training to become an expert Zip Water engineer and to deliver world-class customer service on every job.

The role emphasizes fault finding and repairs, with a focus on first-time fixes, health and safety compliance, and on-site promotion of Zip products and HydroCare services. A driving license is required.

Qualifications

• Background focused on repairs and fault finding.
• Experience in customer-facing service is valued.
• Plumbing or electrical qualification required.
• Must hold a valid UK driving license.

Responsibilities

• Work independently in the field services team delivering high-quality customer experience.
• Complete the 6-week induction and ongoing on-the-job training.
• Promote Zip products and HydroCare services on site.
• Aim for first-time fix rate while adhering to health and safety rules.
• Complete administration procedures in line with business requirements.
