Job summary
Zip Water UK is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and repair our water solutions across customer sites in the UK. You will work independently within the field services team, delivering exceptional customer experiences and promoting our HydroCare services on site.
We provide a six-week City & Guilds induction and ongoing training to build the skills needed to achieve high first-time fix rates while adhering to health and safety standards. A driving licence is required.
Qualifications
- Face-to-face customer service experience preferred.
- Plumbing or electrical qualification required.
- UK Driving license required.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new products.
Responsibilities
- Deliver world-class customer service in the field.
- Complete induction and on-job training.
- Promote Zip products and HydroCare services on site.
- Strive for high first-time fix rate while following safety rules.
- Complete administrative procedures as required.
