• Carry out servicing and repairs on Vaillant Group brand products.
• Fault finding on breakdown call outs and system work repairs.
• Provide Customer Service Excellence at every opportunity.
• Work towards KPI’s to support the Sales Department.
• Follow procedures and processes set by Field Service and support Field Sales Initiatives.
