Job summary

Vaillant Group U.K. Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer covering postcode BN to perform servicing and repairs on Vaillant Group products. You will fault-find on breakdown callouts and carry out system work repairs while delivering top-tier customer service.

The role requires CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1 and LPG ACS gas certificates, a field engineering background, and a flexible, customer-focused approach. A company van is provided along with KPI-driven targets and ongoing training opportunities.

Qualifications

CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1 & LPG ACS gas certificates are required.
Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.
Technical knowledge of domestic gas products and strong IT skills.

Responsibilities

Carry out servicing and repairs on Vaillant Group brand products.
Fault finding on breakdown callouts and system work repairs.
Provide customer service excellence at every opportunity.
Work towards KPI’s to support the Sales Department.
Follow procedures set by Field Service and support Field Sales Initiatives.
Be supported by a team of Operational Support Technicians and training department.
