Job summary

Vaillant Group U.K. Ltd is seeking a Field Service Engineer to service and repair Vaillant products across customer sites in London.

You will perform fault finding on breakdowns and carry out system work repairs while delivering exceptional customer service and meeting KPI targets. The role requires CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1 and LPG ACS gas certificates, with a strong technical knowledge of domestic gas products.

Qualifications

• Hold CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1 & LPG ACS gas certificates and preferably live in postcode area SE, SM, SW2,4,8,9,11-20.
• Excellent customer service skills are essential for this role.
• A high level of technical knowledge of the domestic gas range of group products and have effective communications and IT skills.
• An extremely flexible and adaptable approach is required to ensure our customer’s expectations are exceeded.
• This position requires a highly motivated individual from a field engineering background, whose knowledge and ability to understand and balance customer expectations with stakeholder needs will result in customer service excellence.
• The candidate must have an interest to grow their skills and knowledge to carry out work on any developing future technologies such as Renewable and Commercial products.

Responsibilities

• Report to the Field Service Manager and carry out servicing and repairs on Vaillant Group brand products.
• Fault finding on breakdown call outs and system work repairs.
• Provide customer service excellence at every opportunity.
• Work towards KPIs to support the Sales Department.
• Follow procedures and processes set by Field Service and support Field Sales Initiatives.
• Collaborate with Operational Support Technicians and Training department.
