Job summary

Vaillant Group U.K. Ltd is seeking a Service Engineer to perform servicing and repairs on Vaillant products. You will fault-find on breakdowns, perform system repairs, and uphold high levels of customer service while meeting KPI targets to support the Sales team.

Applicants should hold CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1 & LPG ACS gas certificates, with a strong technical knowledge of domestic gas products. A flexible, adaptive approach and willingness to grow into renewable and commercial technologies are

Qualifications

Hold CCN1, HTR1, CENWAT1 & LPG ACS gas certificates.
Excellent customer service skills.
Strong technical knowledge of domestic gas range products.
Flexible and adaptable to exceed customer expectations.
Field engineering background with interest to grow skills and knowledge.

Responsibilities

Carry out servicing and repairs on Vaillant Group brand products.
Fault finding on breakdown call outs and system repairs.
Provide customer service excellence at every opportunity.
Work towards KPIs to support the Sales Department.
Follow procedures set by Field Service and support Field Sales initiatives.
All activities supported by a team of Operational Support Technicians and training department.
