Job summary

Jungheinrich UK is seeking a Site Engineer to join our customer service engineering team in Reading, delivering on-site servicing, repairs and preventive maintenance of our material handling equipment and forklift trucks.

You will manage spare parts stock, complete service reports and timesheets, and work across client sites with a focus on reliability and customer satisfaction. A full driving licence and prior customer-facing experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Mechanical and electrical bias in maintenance/service roles.
• Full driving licence is essential.
• Experience in customer-facing environments is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites to service, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Jungheinrich equipment.
• Manage parts stock and complete service reports and timesheets.
• Collaborate with customers to ensure reliability and satisfaction.
