Job summary

Jungheinrich UK Limited is seeking a Field Service Engineer to join our customer service team to cover DA, ME, TN, CT postcodes. You will visit client sites to service, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on our material handling equipment and forklifts.

A full driving licence and prior experience in a customer-facing environment are essential; automotive, HGV, or mobile plant backgrounds are welcome.

Qualifications

• This position is suitable for mechanically and electrically biased engineers.
• Full driving license is essential.
• Experience in a customer-facing environment is preferred.
• Unsupervised work experience would be an advantage.

Responsibilities

• Visit client sites to service, repair, and perform preventative maintenance on Jungheinrich material handling equipment and forklift trucks.
• Manage and control parts stock and complete service reports and timesheets.
