Liquidline, the UK’s fastest-growing coffee solutions provider, is seeking a self-driven Field Service Engineer based in Birmingham to cover East Anglia and the Midlands. You will install, service and repair coffee machines, water coolers, juice machines and boiler systems at customers’ premises.

The ideal candidate thrives in a busy field role, demonstrates proactive problem solving, and delivers outstanding customer service with clear communication to clients and teammates.

Qualifications

• Technical skills include Bean to Cup, Billi systems, electronics, POU coolers, plumbing, vending machines, filtration, barista/coffee quality, installation and project management.
• Proactive approach to problem solving.
• Excellent customer service and active listening.
• Strong communication with customers, colleagues and management.
• Understanding of locations and road networks.

Responsibilities

• Installation, repair and maintenance of equipment with high-quality customer service.
• Fault finding and diagnosis to ensure equipment is in good working order.
• Maintain tools, equipment and vehicles; report faults daily to line manager.
• Complete online job sheets and timesheets; upload to Ops Office promptly.
• Provide spare parts via Eagle App to ensure invoicing and stock replenishment.
• Adhere to Health and Safety procedures and raise risks to management.
