Job summary

Franke Coffee Systems UK is seeking a Service Engineer based in Glasgow or surrounding areas to deliver technical support to customers and resolve issues promptly. You will ensure reliability, manage van stock, and liaise with the Regional Team Leader on training needs.

The role requires field engineering experience, strong communication, and the ability to manage stock and customer relations at sites. We offer a competitive salary, 25 days of holidays, and private healthcare with opportunities

Qualifications

• Ability to demonstrate understanding and experience in the Field Engineers remit.
• Minimum 2 years experience in the coffee machine or vending industry.
• Competent using phones and laptop.
• Excellent communications skills.
• Personal integrity.
• Analysing and prioritising.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Franke UK Technical Standards and Processes.
• On Call weekend rota for Engineer Technical Assistance and reactive calls (1 every 6 weekends).
• Highlight Technical skills gap.
• Managing stock levels.
• Managing customer relations at a site level.
• Keeping up to date with all company admin and courses.
• Highlight issues where Account Support is required due to ongoing Customer Issues.
