Job summary

Franke Group in West London is seeking a Service Engineer to deliver technical support to customers and resolve issues efficiently. You will ensure reliability, manage van stock, and report training needs to the Regional Team Leader.

The role requires adherence to UK technical standards and a proactive approach to customer service. As part of the field team, you will participate in an on‑call weekend rota, support stock control and admin tasks, and escalate complex cases to Account Support when

Qualifications

• Experience in the coffee machine or vending industry.
• Strong communication skills; written and spoken.
• Good personal integrity and reliability.
• Ability to analyse, prioritise and escalate issues appropriately.
• Willingness to perform ad‑hoc duties as needed.

Responsibilities

• Adhere to Franke UK Technical Standards and Processes.
• On‑call weekend rota for engineer support (1 in 6 weekends).
• Identify technical and customer skills gaps.
• Maintain and manage van stock levels.
• Manage customer relations at site level.
• Keep up to date with company administration and training.
• Flag issues requiring Account Support for persistent customer problems.
