Dennis Eagle is seeking a Field Service Administrator in Aldridge to support our field service operation. You will raise job cards, process documentation, manage invoices and warranty claims, and help ensure timely service delivery to customers.
The role requires excellent organisation, attention to detail and strong IT skills. You will work closely with technicians and customers to keep service activities on track and maintain accurate records.
Role: Field Service Administrator
Location: Aldridge, WS9 8TZ
Hours: 40 hours per week | between 08:00 and 16:30 Monday to Friday
Salary: Up to £28,894.81 pa DOE
Are you organised, customer-focused, and great at keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes? We're looking for a Field Service Administrator to join the team at Aldridge, where you'll play a key role in supporting our field service operation and ensuring our customers receive an excellent service.
In this varied role, you'll work closely with technicians, customers, and internal teams to keep service activities on track. From raising job cards and processing documentation to managing invoices and warranty claims, you'll help ensure jobs are completed accurately and efficiently.
You'll be a proactive administrator with excellent attention to detail and a passion for delivering great customer service. You'll be comfortable managing multiple priorities, communicating with a range of people, and maintaining accurate records in a fast-paced environment.
